Payments are processed by PAYPAL. We use PayPal to present the customer with more than one payment option, customers who do not wish to send their credit card details over the internet can use a PayPal account to pay. PayPal also supports payments via credit card, signup for a PayPal account is not required you simply input your details and your off. See Pay Pal Instructions below.

Cycles will only be shipped to UK Mainland address. We do not ship to Europe, Asia, USA, or Australia. Accessories can be shipped to Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Guernsey and Jersey at an additional cost. Please call for a quote on postage.
Upon receipt of payment you will receive an email confirming that your order is being processed, this email will also contain information about stock availability, dispatch date and delivery date. We deliver goods via the DHL courier service.
Our aim is to have your goods delivered within 2-3 working days of payment, in some cases this maybe extended to 5 days while we source the goods, all this information will be supplied via email or telephone call. For customers in the East Anglia area you can call any of our shops in the Contacts list to check for availability, in some cases you may be able to pick up your goods the very next day (Bikes will be 100% assembled when collected from a shop).
When you have finished selecting your purchase you can checkout on the view cart page by clicking the "Pay Pal Secure Checkout" button, this will then take you to the Pay Pal web site to complete your purchase. You will have the following options:
Simply login to your Pay Pal account using your email address and password that you have previously set up with Pay Pal.
If you do not have a Pay Pal account or do not wish to set one up then choose this option, you will be prompted to enter your details.
